All companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their professional equality index between women and men every year on 1 March. In February 2026, Institut des Métiers achieved a score of 99 out of 100.
The index is calculated from 4 indicators

- The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises
- The number of female employees who received a pay rise on returning from maternity leave
